Job Description:

•Junior Level network administration for Windows and MAC network environment. Software and hardware installation, troubleshooting and upgrade.
•Assist students with any software/hardware issues that may arise.
•Work in coordination with the front desk to ensure the smooth workflow.
•Provide support and assistance to the Department Director.
•Maintain guidelines set forth by the Academy of Art University.
•Maintain a clean, functional and productive learning environment.
•Protect equipment from theft or vandalism.
Requirements:

•Ideal candidate will be articulate, attentive.
•Previous customer service experience a plus.
•Must be proficient with Adobe CS4 and AutoCAD.
•Knowledge of the Window and MAC operating system.
•3D Modeling and Animation experience/interest a must.
Shift hours: 4:30pm – 1:30am
Must be flexible and willing to work evening and/or weekend shifts.
This is a part-time position, up to 40 hours/week and 37 weeks/yr. Work is available only when school is in session: 15 weeks in the fall semester, 15 weeks in the spring semester, and 7 weeks in the summer semester.
Pay rate: $15/hour
This position includes the following benefits: one tuition free undergraduate class per semester, paid sick leave accrual, a limited health insurance plan, and a 401K plan after one year of service (pending completion of the required minimum hours of work)
