The Flash Animator/Developer will be working closely with the Creative and Art Directors in Los Angeles to conceive and develop Flash projects including but not limited to Web sites, online advertising ad units and destination Microsites, presentations, and other animations. Experience must include 3-5 years experience as graphic designer and MINIMUM 3 years experience as a Flash developer, preferably in an agency environment.

- An exceptionally good character animator.

- Able to supply well-presented examples or a pertinent show reel that demonstrate your knowledge and execution of timing, weight, expression, posing, etc.
- Able to showcase a wealth of different animation skills from realistic through to monster and quadrupeds.
- Experienced enough to have worked on one or more published titles at an experienced/ senior level of responsibility as a character animator.
- Professionally conversant in Maya.
- Professional and effective at communicating directives.
- Experienced at troubleshooting technical problems and creating solutions with regards to 3D animation in a game engine, from constraints to exporting, whatever the problem may be.
