I’ve been using and teaching Maya for 10 years so I believe I’ll be to construct your garments. There are some pretty efficient cloth simulations in Maya these days.
But also consider using Modo which is a new 3D animation software. it’s quite radical and a big departure from the traditional 3D animation software so it may well fit into your design approach.
Either way, I’m interested. I’m based near Florence but I return to the UK quite often
