3D Animation Artist at Bardel Entertainment Inc. At Bardel, our greatest asset is our people. With multiple series currently in production, we are always looking for exceptional talent to join our winning team!

Do you have great knowledge and workable proficiency in 3D Animation software?  We are currently recruiting for 3D animation artists to join our Vancouver studio team. The 3D Animation Artist will be responsible for Creating and conceptualizing CG Animation Sequences that meet the aesthetic, creative, and technical quality standards of the production.

What you will be doing as a 3D Animation Artist

  • Demonstrate a broad range of 3D animation principles, animating characters and objects to meet the required direction in creating the overall look, attitude, and style of the production
  • Creating and conceptualizing CG Animation Sequences meeting the aesthetic, creative and technical quality stands of the production and in accordance with the production deadlines.
  • Work collaboratively to meet production objectives, deadlines, and quotas, ensuring open communication with other managers and team members.

What you bring with you:

  • Animation certificate
  • 1 year in animation/video production field
  • Proficiency in Maya is required
  • Possess a solid working knowledge of CG animation technologies and necessary production environments and tools
  • Working proficiency of English

Start date: As soon as possible

Term of Employment: Project-based contract

Work Hours: 40 per week

Hybrid Work Schedule: Remote work available

Weekly Wage: $1160/week to 1250/week ($29 to $31.25/hour)
