As a Animator you will be part of our content team, producing high-quality visualisations and simulations for the app. You will work closely other 3D specialists, our team of surgeons and anatomists in the production process, and designers and developers to further improve the user journey through the simulations. You will liaise with our authors and clients, including world-leading surgeons, to receive and iterate on feedback within the production process.

You have 2 or more years of commercial experience in 3D animation
OR a relevant degree and a great showreel
You are skilled in animation, with a good eye for motion and clarity of visual communication, and fueled by a passion for your craft
You are an expert user of Maya
You have the right to work in the UK and the ability to work from our office in Farringdon, London
You are self-motivated, value your autonomy, though you love working alongside and with a great, ambitious team
You are a great communicator, who is highly organised, with a keen attention to detail.

Experience leading projects or sequences
Experience communicating with clients
Experience of other 3D/2D applications (Nuke, Mari, ZBrush)
An interest in character or organic animation
Additional skills and experience in modelling, texturing, compositing.
Experience in programming/scripting, especially for 3D applications (python, lua)
Traditional art skills
A thorough understanding of animation pipelines and the processes involved from the conceptual phase to implementation
An interest in the mechanics of human anatomy, and medicine as a whole
Experience/interest in gaming and interactive applications and/or design
Experience/interest in digital education
Experience/interest in medicine and/or medical animation
